OB/GYN case: Endometroid carcinoma of the ovary (slideshow)

A 39-year-old female arrives at the emergency department with shortness of breath, right leg swelling and pain, and weight loss. Admitted for two weeks.
Final diagnosis was stage IIA grade 3 endometrioid ovarian cancer and stage IA grade 1 endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma. Patient also had a confirmed right leg DVT.
